Overbreadth

Subject: Constitutional Law 2 (Review) - Bill of Rights

We had our first fourth year exam yesterday. All I can say is my answers were generally "overbreadth" .. hehe

One of my favorite subject in law school is the subject on Bill of Rights. The reason? Well, it deals with "you have the right to remain silent" and all that stuff, evidence and all those interesting story lines in detective and investigative TV series .. hehe.

Given that we had to study a subject discussed in less than 3 weeks, which we took up in 1st year in one whole semester, I guess the effort was not that much bad. The reason is probably because we had it before and thus, it is easier to absorb. But that does not mean that it is easier to answer the questions .. hehe.

I can say that my answers were practically "overbreadth" .. whatever that means .. haha! Kumbaga, familiary breeds concept in the sense that most of the things are familiar with the cases in the outline. Not exactly similar for some, but quite familiar. That is why, I can make a concept out of the questions because of the familiarity. The problem is I forget what I read and I am not sure of my reasons and the words that our coming out of my pen .. hehe .. kaya siya overbreadth, hindi siya narrowly defined kumbaga. Although, all my answers for each sub-question did not go beyond one page.

In the end, isa lang naman ang prayer ko .. kahit 75 lang Lord :)

Anyhow, pansin ko that I am quite tired during Saturdays. I was practically in school from 10 am to 5 pm last Saturday. For the past 3 Saturdays, whenever I get home, I feel tired, hungry and sleepy. That's why I sleep for 30 minutes or so .. hehe. I guess my Saturdays will be really like this .. leaving me, not overbreadth, but out of breath .. hehe
